Custom object tab does not render in contact details

What happened?

Im using mautic 4.4.5.

When using the custom objects plugin, when you have linked a contact to a custom object and either refresh the page or navigate away and come back to that lead the custom object tab disappears.

How can we reproduce this issue?

Step 1: Link a contact to a custom object
Step2: refresh your page and the custom object tab will not render
Step2 B: navigate away from the contact and back again and the tab will not render
Step3: Edit the contact and save and close (no editing has to be done just click the buttons)

The tab will render as expected.
