Combining the HamiltonA and HamiltonB

I think HamiltonA and HamiltonB should be mixed into one Hamilton but with a great menu with options at the beginning of program execution.

@Crackhoff You must remove HamiltonA and HamiltonB from git tracking because they are still there. So please remove them and add a Resolve #5 line in your next commit message to close this issue if you think it's resolved.
