Infected exe?

The method used for compiling the Powershell into an EXE is unclear from the documentation.
Since I normally include a note to the tool I wrote that compiles Powershell to C# executable and this repository lacks that note its possible that it predates the creation of my compiler tool and may have been compiled with a third party tool.
Though I'm normally cautious of this since I can't confirm the compiler source, I've deleted the executables leaving only the ps1 file for use by others.
