Consider allowing multi-target score sets with a mix of human and non-human targets #44
Description
Since the mapper does not support non-human targets, any score set with one or more non-human targets will completely fail to map, even if the score set also contains human targets.
It would be possible to allow just the human target variants to map.
I'm not sure if this type of score set would ever come up.
