Please describe your issue in as much detail as possible

I am using a OneXPlayer X1 (AMD 8400U) running SteamOS 3.7.20 beta
with the latest updates applied.

All other system functions work normally. However, after waking the device
from sleep mode, the attached internal controller is no longer recognized.
This issue occurs both in the GameScope menu and inside games.

Rebooting the device restores controller functionality until the next sleep cycle.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Boot into SteamOS on OneXPlayer X1.
  2. Put the device into sleep mode.
  3. Wake the device from sleep mode.
  4. Observe that the internal controller is not recognized in GameScope or in games.
  5. Reboot the system to restore controller input.

Additional information:

Before entering sleep mode, the internal controller appears as a USB device
(ID 045e:028e Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller) in lsusb.

After waking from sleep mode, this USB device completely disappears from
lsusb, indicating that the controller is no longer enumerated at the kernel
level. Rebooting the system restores the device.
