EDA with compute process query: throw WdkDelayedResultException if compute not complete

Implementation:

Make an up-front call to the compute status endpoint to see if results are present; if not, throw WdkDelayedResultException, else continue with processing.

The client should already handle the exception and advise the user to come back later. But need to test this with the new differential expression notebook.
