aces2 (and aces3) repositories

Not really sure if even aces4 is still maintained at QTP/UFParLab, but the current situation where the aces2 source code sits behind a registration form and is not directly publically available is unfortunate in my opinion.

I don't anybody needs the history, but putting up aces2 (just the commits for each of 2.7/2.8/2.9?) code on Github would surely not hurt any funding efforts at this point?

There's no way to file a general issue with the UFParLab organization, so I am using the aces4 issue tracker, sorry.

Hello Michael: If you need a current copy of ACES II or 3, please send a email to me. I will send you a dropbox link. What is on the website is ancient. We have no man power at the moment to maintain a website (we are a one-post doc, two students academic research group). I do not deal with the Github and not responsible anything on it.
