It seems like we're almost all using uv and not really using tox for any new projects. Should we drop it from the website and template?

So tox/nox will likely still be required for more complex things. For example, we use nox (with uv) extensively in GLASS https://github.com/glass-dev/glass/blob/main/noxfile.py

How would you feel about demoting to amber, and removing from the template?
