Request: Visibility of check creator/editor

If a Tractor check is failing, it would be really useful to see who created and edited a particular component/feature/step etc. This would allow us to get more info about the failure, and make it easier to find a valid resolution that has less risk of breaking something elsewhere.

Acceptance criteria

• As a user of tractor I can see the author of a test
• As an author of tests my name is added to the tests I create without extra overhead

Extras

• see an audit history of tests - but we should be able to see this through Hg?

Work around is to check the repository and see who committed the test/change

Nice to have, but at the moment v2 unless we get more pain/complaints
