maint(neb): don't read reactant or product when initial path is given #278

@MarkusFas noted that if there's a buggy reactant.con or product.con that crashes.
This is because endpoints are loaded before the initial path setup is done.
The initial path has the endpoints so they shouldn't be read in. Or atleast document this behaviour.
