Send all commands in Type and Edit mode #35

Feature Description
Currently, Type and Edit mode macros ignore all commands after the first.
It is proposed that after the first command is sent, subsequent ones should be set as for other types of macro.
If a command is delayed (global or individual), the timer should start only after the previous command is sent. This will require a callback or similar on closure of the chat or edit screen.
Use Case
Mostly just for consistency, and with the planned restructure in v3 it should be feasible.
