[Bug] Cogs Don't Render With Flywheel On #61
Description
Error Behaviour
None of the other cog types render anything other than a shaft when placed with flywheel on any setting other than off. (seen by multiple players on different hardware and OS)
Expected Behaviour
Cogs to render on all flywheel settings
Reproduce
place cog, make sure flywheel is not off
