Using /sit doesn't do the same checks that clicking on blocks to sit does.

/sit allows players to sit in situations they normally would not, like on a lantern suspended by chains. They clip inside the chain because the air above check is not run.

To Reproduce
Place 2 chains downwards and a lantern hanging from them. Stand on the lantern edge and type /sit.

Having /sit not run that code was originally intended - But I might have to re-evaluate that, when it causes such issues.
