Document an API

I think, we can freeze some interfaces, document them and allow advanced users to customize MaSha object's prototype to change some behavior. For example, add some JS animation for message box instead of CSS animation. But it's very responsible desision, since we can't change this API easily later.

What do you think? is this a good practice?
