Add support for reverse geocoding to DNO License Area #58
Description
#57 removes support for returning the DNO License Area when calling reverse_geocode_gsp(). Some GSPs span the DNO License Area boundary (e.g. MELK_1). For these GSPs it might be important, depending on one's use case, to distinguish which DNO License Area the provided lat/lon are is, hence please add support for reverse-geocoding to DNO License Area.
