Add Datawrapper Switcher

In sophora-components, add a switcher component that lets you toggle between Datawrapper charts.

• Datawrapper charts are to be provided via URL-Parameter (Datawrapper-IDs and button text, e.g. comma-separated)
• Use Switcher component as basis
• Blocker: The way sophora-components currently work, you can only embed a component once per page. Find a way around this issue/
