Issue with nanoseconds in java.sql.Timestamp #41

@RichJackson

Description

@RichJackson

Turns out Timestamp.toString() doesn't include nanoseconds, which can cause reindexing of old data. For example

ts1 = 2017-03-07 11:17:18.230315
becomes
2017-03-07 11:17:18.23

on the next run, this will be reindexed as the query will look for all records

2017-03-07 11:17:18.23
