I'm trying to customize what agent a caller get's routed to when making an inbound call.
For my use case, there are a few different flows to which a caller can get routed (and I'd be able to determine this with dynamic variables / based on user phone number). The tasks are complex enough and the variation in the llm behavior is large enough that different mulit-state graphs (which are very useful by the way!) seem necessary to drive the desired experience.
Is this possible?
