Transforms is estimated to contain more than 2 undiscovered major defects

Transforms (#214) is exiting review with an unusually high (3.3) number of estimated remaining Major defects. The defects are strongly suspected to be around the clarity of documentation and generalisation of a use case which up until know has been specific to a single client.

We should consider other real or imagined stakeholders that might use transforms and perform further design, edits and another (formal or informal) review of transforms. The ideal outcome of all this would be a more acceptable estimate of defects remaining. If this is not achieved , we should decide what to do next.

@fstromback Has said (in internal mail) that transforms might meet his requirements for his Storm language. He might be a good test case.
