reference/ download does not work any more

Hi,

I tried to follow the advise to download a prepared archive from http://en.cppreference.com/w/Cppreference:Archives. Unfortunately this link results in 404. However, I found this link https://en.cppreference.com/w/Cppreference%253AArchives.html working ... at least it seems to display sensible information. Unfortunately even the links there do not lead to downloadable archives.

For instance I tried following the link to the raw archive in xz format which is https://en.cppreference.com/w/File%253Acppreference-doc-20190607.tar.xz.html. When clicking on the link there it finally results in 404.

Any hint to reliably get the latest reference text? Since I want to update the Debian package of cppreference-doc I have access to version 20170409 but having 20190607 as seemed to have been available at the download site would be great.
