Add local WebDAV server

Feature request: Add local WebDAV server similar to your desktop app.

This way users would be free to use the sync client of their choice, for example Foldersync Pro and would be able to use it as a storage provider with Davx5. It would also put lees burden on you for implementing different sync features and storage provider by yourself.
