Add option to `fparse-llvm` to disable module namespacing

When an application is being instrumented, if it will ultimately be built with llvm-flang or a derived compiler that uses the same module file format, then there should be a way to disable the the use of an alternate module file suffix by the parser. This will enable the parse to locate and use any external dependencies that provide module files.
