Emergency recovery of Admin account password

As with others, I had an issue getting the initial admin account set up at the start.

If AFTER you know the set up is correct between the app and api and you need to recover your admin password, here are a few commands you can run on the server to get yourself back up and running.,.

# List/Count all users

Another one... convert an old users to the new database structure so it will display in the dashboard.
