Precise API doc

It would be very helpful to understand better the API with a detailed documentation.

Currently the API description is available only in a .zip archive:
https://github.com/OpenSDN-io/docs/tree/master/api

this doc describes on high level how the REST API is built but it miss:

• parameter description
• return body description
• method (GET,POST, etc)

It can be very simple like swagger API doc or similar.
