not able to delete a project if set as a template

To Reproduce

Affected versions: 18.0.0.1

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install the modul
2. set the project as a template
3. create a new project from the template
4. delete the new project
5. delete the project template

Expected behavior
Validation Error

The operation cannot be completed: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead.

Model: Project Update (project.update)
Constraint: project_update_project_id_fkey
