Intermediate variables for ITC and depreciation basis interactions not filled out properly

Describe the bug

Half of the value of the ITC is subtracted from the depreciation basis. This is calculated properly, but the depreciation table in the cash flow tab has a few zeroes where there should be values

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any FOM case
2. Set up an ITC (amount or percent)
3. Run the simulation
4. Go to the cashflow tab
5. See error

Expected behavior

Cash flow tab should show the intermediate calculation steps properly
