Add a startup resource prompt #12
Description
HTM could benefit from some kind of "welcome" or "start" resource that provides a system level prompt to robots that instruct them on how to use HTM to access topics not covered in their original training data.
"Welcome! I have access to an external knowledge source via the HTM's long-term memory. If you have questions or topics that I cannot answer based on my training, please let me know to check my long-term memory for additional information. Use phrases like 'Look in long-term memory' or 'Recall from HTM' to trigger this feature. I'm here to assist you!"
Need to workshop the exact prompt. This is what I did in my "startup" prompt for AIA
Access the current_date_time tool so that you will know the correct current date and time. The name of the current user is $USER who is not a robot. You are the robot. When you do not have information about a topic in your current session use your ability to recall information on that topic from your long term memory.
