Check buttons on Mail return success on timeout.
New feature asked from this issue : #868

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/settings/settings/mail'
2. Configure a SMTP server and a wrong port
3. Click on test button
4. Wait 30sec to see Success on webUI but error in Devtools

I tried to reproduce your issue, but with an incorrect port (or configuration), I get a 400 error as expected. Do you only have an incorrect port?

Hello @quentinovega, The full context is as follows:
I tried to configure my Daikoku instance to contact my Exchange server, but the Exchange server didn't allow my IP address on the connector.

That said, the port wasn't open on the firewall side, so we hadn't reached the Exchange connector level yet, and the same behavior occurred when changing the port (thus confirming that there were no rules there either).

Since the test runs for a while and eventually times out, I would tend to think that your firewall is in "reject" mode (refusing with a return message) while ours is in "deny" mode (blocking without a response), which may explains the difference in behavior.
