'1 Level Per User' Toggle Filter #1033
Description
Another filter idea: a website toggle where only the most recently published level by an account shows up in newest, and only one level by a user would show up in Lucky Dip.
This means a person who publishs as many levels as rate limit allows would have the same visibility as a user who posted one level in newest (or at least you wouldn't have to scroll through 6 levels to find uploads by another user) and in lucky dip, users also wouldn't benefit fron benefit from flooding the system either.
