Tutorial for how to use github issues

• I think Kristian liked the idea of keeping track of any features and bugs on the issues tab for every project
• We could link a tutorial on how to submit issues and how to reference them in commits so that future programmers can easily see what feature/bug a commit was for
• We could provide an exemplar of something like flow_market
• And suggest people use labels like this and of course they can add their own labels
• This video might a good tutorial
