Feat: slashcommands

move over to slash commands, because discord doesn't like text based commands. this also prvides better insight on commands like ar and warn which aren't really the most streight forward to use.

One thing to think about is also the DM commands. They could be migrated to slash too, and also could then be run in the guild, as empheral

DM Commands could have dm_permission: false and default_member_permission: be some perm only mods have (but I would keep perm checks in the code, just in case).

We could also implement USER commands for warn, penalize and nick (theres probably some I forgot) and MESSAGE commands for purge, and move. We could also probably have a message command for warning/penalizing and deleting a message
