Add computation of PTDF and LODF (and BSDF ?)

• PTDF could be used to speed up the computation of "TimeSeries" in DC
• LODF could be used to speed up the computation of "SecurityAnalysis" in DC
• BSDF could be used to speed up computation when dealing with topological modification
