TODO because it really starts to be annoying

- [ ] remove the tons of packages required in the setup.py
- [ ] remove the super annoying print everywhere
- [ ] clean the "deprecation" issued by pandas and numpy
- [ ] clean the code of the "grid2op_utils" submodule
- [ ] clean the code of the other modules
- [ ] make the test faster by NOT running 8k steps but maybe 100 or 200 ?
