how to build libpocketsphinxwrap.dll

Hi Funnyguy77,

Could you tell me the steps for generating the "libpocketsphinxwrap.dll" under  PocketSphinxUnityDemo/Assets/PocketSphinx/Lib/win64/ as i want to build a lib for ARM Windows.
now, i could generate pocketsphinx.lib and sphinxbase.dll from cmusphinx.
