Construction of a new tACS injection model

Implementation of a more complex electrode current injection profile. This new model implements the phase offset, and the ramping up/down periods.
In the following example C6 and F4 have 10 Hz frequency oscillation with an average injection 0.00112 Amp and an oscillation amplitude 0.00050 Amp. The two electrodes have pi (180°) phase offset.

• the range [1.0, 1.5]s is the ramp up period.
• the range [1.5, 2.0]s is the threshold period.
• the range [2.0, 2.5]s is the ramp down period.

For random time steps: we have the \Sum_{i=1}^{n} I_{i} = 0. Fijee should solve the PDE without problems.
