Implementation of the empirical Bayesian model.

= Empirical Bayesian model =

• Architecture of the Inverse package. Empirical Bayesian model is the first model implemented
• Architecture of the noise handling sources.
  1) very basic empirical Bayesian noise matrix will be implemented. Might suffer a low rank and inversion problem.
  2) More fancy model based on the Variational Bayesian framework is studies as an replacement option.
