Playground not working

I cannot connect my Mouse on the playground on any device. Is there anything wrong with it?

Hello! To trouble shoot this, I'll need some more information.

1. What platform and browser are you using (eg: Windows/Firefox)
2. How did you install it? Through the website download, or through the Logitech Options marketplace?
3. If the haptic plugin is installed correctly, it should show up in the Logitech Options+ haptics setting, do you see it there?

If it's not there, try installing via the alternative method: either via the website plugin install instructions or via the plugin marketplace.

4. If you do see it enabled and running, try manually invoking it with curl to see if it's started it's API correctly:
