[Performance] Opening a report from the Search / Reports page is slow on web

Description

Users report that opening a report from the Search / Reports page on web is slow. The main symptom is that the UI freezes while the loading indicator is shown -- everything becomes unresponsive until the server responds.

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in on web with a user that has a significant number of reports/expenses
2. Navigate to the Search / Reports page
3. Click on any report
4. Observe the loading time and UI freeze while waiting for data

Expected behavior

Opening a report from search results should feel responsive. If server data is needed, the transition should not block the UI.

Using the web app is still pretty painfully slow for me.
The biggest slowdowns still seem to come when we're waiting on something from the server. Whenever the green loader shows everything just freezes up.

Adam Horodyski acknowledged the issue and committed to investigating improvements on the Search page specifically.
