Look at rationalising the various induction forms so that they pull basic member details from a database

Currently people joining DoES can be asked to fill in several induction forms at the same time (e.g. general induction, out of hours induction, laser cutter induction). This involves repeating information such as email address, phone number, postal address. 
Once Optimism is running, it would be good if this information could just be entered once and linked.
