VM for k8s-course

input:
- resourceGroup
- cursusName
- #vm's
- EXPIRE_ON=Year-Month-Day tag

Cheapest vm's: I always use DevTestLab vm's

Output / what I want:
- VMs
- name: cursusName-vm-999
- Login with (readable) username/password
  - username=cursusName
  - password=cursusName[YearMonth]
- docker + kubectl installed
- bonus: set kubeconf from aks cluster
