Small mistake in the repo vs Dockerfile

Not a big issue but probably better to fix it since it throws an error when making the docker container.
The 12th step of the dockerfile specify to copy Readme.md which fails since the filename in the repo is README.md
Changing one of them to match the other fixes the problem.
