Duplicated achievements references assignments in origin course rather than destination course

To see the error, check whether the achievement badge appears under the appropriate row in the "Requirements for..." column under the missions page. It should be, but currently is not. The duplicated achievement should reference the mission of the same name in the destination course instead.
