Adding season and episode to randomly-named files

Media streaming systems such as Plex using a naming convention to order seasons and episodes. Depending on the source these files may need to be renamed with SnnEnn with incrementing Enn numeric values, e.g. S01E01, S01E02, etc.

A technique for numbering (randomly-named) files in the order desired:

1. Touch each file in order, Ctrl-T.
2. Sort the file list by date ascending.
3. Select the desired files by season.
4. Use the Renamer Tool type Numbering to append or insert "S[the season]E" with the appropriate settings.
5. Repeat from #3 for the next season.
