Host privileges corrupted #140
Description
After renaming a forum, the user who created the forum lost their host privileges.
They may also have changed their email address, which might have caused the issue (and the rename might be a red herring).
It is also possible that that this user tried to update their email address to the email address of a different account that they had also created.
More investigation needed to try to create a reproducible case.
