We don't have a setup script for scraping #15
Description
When we onboard a new user (or automate the workflow), we need a workflow documented and ideally automated to tell the story of this codebase so that we can all consume the same codebase with reliable, repeatable, and clear steps, and it will make the new modifications easier.
