ASDC plugin doesn't return same results as online ASDC SED Builder tool

Originally reported on osTicket #020558, with Iris v2.0.

Using the default search parameters for the ASDC plugin and on the ASDC SED Builder tool (https://tools.asdc.asi.it/index.jsp), the number of data points returned are vastly different.

For example, using source "CY CMi", the default search on the ASDC site will return 92 data points. The ASDC plugin in Iris returns only 14 points.

The same behavior occurs with Iris 3.0.

I'm not sure how http://tools.asdc.asi.it/SED/getdatacatalogcfa works to get the datasets. Could it be that this service is out of date?

We should forward this to our ASDC friends, as probably they just need to update their Iris-specific service.
