Create new type of wallet "Web" and add Coin Wallet

1. Coin Wallet is a self-custodial and open-source cryptocurrency wallet, launched in 2015. It supports Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies (24).
   The wallet is available on all major platforms (mobile and desktop), but what sets it apart is the presence of a fully functional Web version and native support for Tor access, which is rare among non-custodial wallets. Buying, selling, and swapping Bitcoin is also available.
