Add automated email triggers based on user inactivity and listing activity

We need to add automated email notifications for specific user activity conditions related to GeoDirectory listings.
These emails will help improve user engagement by reminding users to log in, update their listings, or take other relevant actions.

Feature Requirements

Send an email to the user when any of the following conditions are met:

• User Inactivity: The user has not logged in for X days
• Listing Inactivity: The user has not edited any listing for X days
• New Listing Follow-up: The user added a listing X days ago (e.g., send a thank-you or upsell email)
• Role Promotion Follow-up: The user was promoted to role 3 X days ago (e.g., send onboarding or benefit info)

Example Use Cases

• 🕒 “We miss you!” email if a user hasn’t logged in for 30 days
• ✏️ “Keep your listing fresh” reminder after 60 days of no edits
• 🎉 “Thanks for adding your first listing!” email 7 days after submission
• 🚀 “Welcome to Premium!” email 3 days after role promotion
