Update pypi version

The current version of `kopt` on PyPi is not compatible with `pyyaml>=6.0` due to https://github.com/yaml/pyyaml/issues/576. This has been solved for 15 months in [6a5c890](https://github.com/Avsecz/kopt/commit/6a5c8909ead729ec47add185cb4d0c8559b93762), but this change is not on PyPi. Can you please publish a new release?
