The call to LoadedPackagedLibrary is just returning IntPtr.Zero. (No issues loading and running the filters option)

@benjasperson Make sure you do not have ARM chosen as one of the platforms when making packages. When you right-click the project file, select Store->Create App Packages, then choose sideload or Store, and you will get the Select and configure packages dialog. Make sure ARM is not checked. The optional package code should load then.
